Package will be sent by letter mail via Canada Post untracked; tracked shipping available for large orders.

Eastern & Western Canada: 7-14 business days

USA: 10-14 business days

Each badge reel is personally inspected to ensure it's proper function before shipment. Please be aware that badge reels are NOT indestructible. They will break/fall apart with excessive force, trauma or dropped on hard surfaces. Please handle with care to ensure it's longevity. We are not responsible for the common and expected wear and tear damage, and will only guarantee hardware for 4 weeks. All sales are nonrefundable.
